What Is Your Shade Of PINK?


What is your shade of pink? What am I talking about? I am talking about breast cancer awareness and your education.

- Self-examination
- Exercise a minimum of three hours a week
- Healthy low fat diet
- Yearly mammograms at the age of forty

These are four easy steps to follow to help prevent and detect breast cancer. If you do all the steps you will increase your shade of pink.
